
Gridlords - Prototype V.1
Control a Cyberpunk city!
- Manage production and distribution of resources.
- Fulfil contracts for the various city districts.
Maintain the Grid!
- Keep production flowing without running out of power.
- Sell resources to recharge the grid and survive another week.
- This is a prototype and only represents a basic portion of the game loop.
- Next version will focus on the factions and their relationships.
- Earning Favor with Districts currently has no effect, but will be core to future versions.
- The idea is that each District responds to you gaining or losing Favor with them. They will form alliances and rivalries, attack each other, and more.
- Any feedback will help shape what the games becomes.
Game Flow Tutorial
Begin by pressing '?' button to see what resources each district holds & produces.
Distribution:
Select a District, press Set Distribution Paths, select up to 3 target districts, then press Distribute to send resources. Right click to cancel.
Press End Turn to produce resources, advance time, and generate Contracts.
Contracts:
Fulfil various contracts for each district - involves producing, distributing, or withholding resources. Use abilities to assist with this.
Electro Grid:
Production, Distribution, and Abilities all pull from Electro Grid.
Running out of Electro fails game on End Turn.
To fill Electro Grid, select a District and sell any of its resources to buy Recharges - indicated with + and ++ buttons.
